VaporLux® was founded in 1991 to produce vapor cleaning equipment that is specifically intended for the North American Commercial Market. We began the company, because we realized that there were currently no dry steam vapor systems suitable for the 110-volt electricity used in the US. Virtually all other machines were made for the European market, which operates on 220-volt current. The 110-volt electricity used in North America has considerably more resistance and requires heavier wiring and electronics than European counterparts. Also, boilers were too small and inefficiently designed to meet our commercial standards. Not one machine was produced with efficient spherical/cylindrical boilers that met ASME standards. Our machines have been constantly improved since 1991. In 2002 we re-engineered our complete commercial product line to conform to Underwriters Laboratory safety standards and have subsequently received the only Commercial UL Listing for this type of equipment in North America. Was it worth the trouble? Absolutely! We provide full product liability insurance for our products. This enables our customers to have confidence that our products are as safe as we can make them. It also affords provides protection for our customers. Because of our engineering and product development commitment our machines are in use throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, New Zealand and Australia.

We are different:
We are much more than a virtual company on the Internet. We do more than import converted European household machines that you may or may not get parts and service for. We design our machines so they perform the tasks that you demand and stand up to the duty cycles that you require.

We manufacture, sell, service and provide support for all VaporLux equipment. We have real people in real offices, a real sales staff, real warehouses, and certified technicians to support our customers; we even provide a toll free technical support line to assist customers who may have a variety of cleaning problems.

We stock all equipment and accessories. We have 100% parts availability 100% of the time.

Quality:
Quality is paramount at VaporLux, the quality of our equipment and the quality of our service. We are constantly striving to make our equipment better. Our R & D is conducted through actual field use. Our boilers carry a lifetime warranty, which is unquestionably the best warranty in the industry. We also have the only repairable and replaceable heating element, which is something competitors are reluctant to even discuss. All equipment undergoes a rigid 36-step process, including final testing before it is shipped to you. Each piece of equipment we sell is thoroughly tested twice before shipping to our customer. Our parts department is available to ship accessories and parts five days a week. If a parts order is called in before noon EST, it is usually shipped that same day.

Our main office is in Roseville, Michigan. We have an office, and warehouse in Plantation, Florida. We also have service centers in MI, FL, and NJ. We have representatives throughout the United States.
