VaporLux, Inc. Introduces New Home Professional Vapor Steam Cleaner

[United States, July 13, 2010] After thorough development, Vaporlux, Inc. launched the new Home Professional Vapor Steam Cleaner or “HP” for short.  This new steam vapor cleaner for home use was developed due to increased requests from commercial users. Over the years, customers with large homes or with extensive ceramic areas haveHome Professional Steam Cleaner purchased VaporLux commercial equipment with some frequency because it did the best job.

When asked about the newly developed vapor cleaner, Jack Mallow, CEO stated “Through the years, VaporLux users have always commented that they needed their commercial vapor cleaners at their houses. Recently calls have increased to the point that we knew it was time to create a home vapor steam cleaner of our own.”

There are many different residential grade vapor cleaners on the market today but none that performs like the HP does. The HP’s cylindrical stainless steel boiler heats water to 311ºF the same temperature as VaporLux commercial units. By creating dry steam the HP deep cleans, kills mold from grout and tile, sanitizing mattresses, cleaning carpets and furniture.  For more information on how it works visit http://www.vaporlux.com/whyvaporcleaners/index.php.While "dry" steam sounds like a contradiction, it really isn’t. Instead it is a measure of the "wetness" of steam or what is called quality. Quality ranges from 0 to 1, with a quality of 0 being a saturated liquid and 1 being a saturated vapor. When steam has a quality of 1, it is considered "dry" steam. When the quality falls between 0 and 1, it is considered "wet" steam. The 311ºF temperature gets the water heated to the point that the water is turned into tiny enough particles that the steam becomes dry.

Dry steam vapor cleaning technology is growing due to increasing awareness of the technology and utilization of green products. What does this mean for the average home owner? Dry steam is green. Dry vapor cleaning doesn’t use any chemicals and does a much better job than the old methods of cleaning, it just uses clean water. In fact, it is such an effective technology that it not only cleans, it sanitizes and restores surfaces. One gallon of water lasts two hours rather than mere minutes.

While maintaining the cleaning ability of the Vaporlux’s commercial 5000UL and 4000UL models, the new HP model size was scaled down, weighing only 14 ½ lbs when empty. It is easy for the average home owner to transport around any house.  The exterior of the unit is made of heavy duty ABS plastic, which will not rust and will look good for years. It uses all of the same tools that are used for all the Vaporlux commercial units and are available at [www.vaporlux.com] http://www.vaporlux.com. Vaporlux stands behind their quality by offering a lifetime boiler warranty and a 1 year parts and labor warranty on the rest of the unit. Unlike most residential units this machine has a replaceable heating element and the unit is rebuildable.

VaporLux has been manufacturing the high quality commercial vapor cleaning systems for nearly twenty years. Until recently the company focused it’s technology for commercial applications from health care, food service, tile and grout restoration to auto detailing. Since the beginning, VaporLux has been producing heavy duty commercial UL listed equipment exclusively.

The company is very pleased with the new HP and thinks that it will compliment its complete line of UL Listed commercial machines.
